We request that all active students complete the form below acknowledging the receipt of this notification.
Williams Technial College is required to publish and disseminate an annual security report by October 1st of each year. The annual security report includes the crime statistics reported to the U.S. Department of Education and related institutional policies or procedures for victims or witnesses to report Clery Act crimes on a voluntary, confidential basis for inclusion in the annual disclosure of crime statistics. The report also includes current policies regarding emergency response and evacuation procedures, the school’s programs to prevent dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking, and the school procedures for institutional disciplinary action in cases of alleged dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking.
The Federal Student Right-to-Know, Crime Awareness, and Campus Security Act, now cited as the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act” and herein identified as the “Clery Act,” requires institutions of higher education to annually prepare and publish a report concerning campus crime statistics and security policies. The report is distributed to all current students and employees, as well as to all prospective students and employees, on williamstechnicalcollege.com. The report contains annual specific campus crime and arrest statistics and campus policies and practices intended to promote crime awareness, campus safety, and security.
