Admissions Process and Documents Needed

  • Complete the Application for Admission

  • Attend an informal interview with one of the administrative team members.

  • Submit the following documents:

    Proof of Age (Driver’s License or Approved State ID)- Applicants who are not 18 years of age before their desired start date at the WTC may apply at the age of 17 with parental permission.
    Driver’s License or State-Approved ID Card

    High School Diploma or GED or Transcript
    CPR Certification
    Social Security Card
    LA State Background Check
    Immunization Record

  • Pass the Entrance Examination with a 25 or Higher

  • Meet with Financial Advisor, if applicable

  • Designate a Program and Term Date

  • Complete the Enrollment Portfolio

  • Registration Fee – If applicable, applicants are required to pay a $100.00 fee at the signing of the enrollment agreement.

Students without proof of high school diploma or GED are eligible to take the Nursing Assisting Program only
