Admissions Process and Documents Needed

  1. Complete the Application for Admission

  2. Attend an informal interview with one of the administrative team members.

  3. Submit the following documents:

    Proof of Age (Driver’s License or Approved State ID)- Applicants who are not 18 years of age before their desired start date at the WTC may apply at the age of 17 with parental permission.
    Driver’s License or State-Approved ID Card

    High School Diploma or GED or Transcript (Except Nursing Assisting)
    Social Security Card
    LA State Background Check
    Immunization Record

  4. Pass the Entrance Examination with a 25 or Higher or Accuplacer Next Gen Scores of

    Math (243) or higher

    Reading (250) or higher

    Writing (241) or higher

  5. Meet with Financial Advisor, if applicable

  6. Designate a Program and Term Date

  7. Complete the Enrollment Portfolio

  8. Registration Fee – $100.00

Students without proof of high school diploma or GED are eligible to take the Nursing Assisting Program only
