Operational Plans
Operation and Maintenance
This plan serves as the foundation for ensuring operational efficiency and proper maintenance of the campus. Its primary objective is to provide a safe and supportive environment where students can learn and grow into professionals. The plan is reviewed and discussed annually and is modified as necessary. All campus needs are communicated to the President, and modifications are implemented upon approval.
The purpose of this plan is to ensure the privacy, safety, and security of data within the institution’s technical infrastructure and network systems.
Default Management Plan
The Default Management Plan process begins during the financial aid application phase and continues after graduation. Williams Technical College is committed to maintaining continuous communication with students, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to keep their student loans in good standing and in active repayment status. The College’s goal is to maintain a default rate of no more than 10%. To achieve this, Williams Technical College implements a five-step process to effectively manage and reduce default rates.
